Everything you need to know before you pre-order or commission a bespoke sigil.
When does my order ship?
Every order — collection pre-order or bespoke commission — is produced and shipped starting 30 August 2026. Cards are not charged until then. You'll get a confirmation email immediately, and a shipping update once your piece leaves production.
Why is everything a pre-order?
YNTR is a brand-new studio and this is our launch drop. Pre-ordering lets us print to actual demand rather than guessing sizes and colours in advance — which keeps waste down and quality up, especially for one-of-one bespoke pieces.
Sizing guide
All pieces are cut oversized. If you're between sizes, size down for a fitted look or stay true-to-size for the intended drop silhouette.

What is a bespoke sigil?
A one-of-one mark generated only from the data you give us — full name, age, gender, date and time of birth, and place of birth are all compulsory, because the sigil is a direct, deterministic encoding of that information. No two commissions produce the same mark. That data is used solely to generate and produce your piece.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until production begins at launch. Email us at yntr@ivirth.in with your reference code — you can find it on your confirmation email, or by looking your order up on the track an order page.
Do you ship internationally?
The launch drop ships within India first. International shipping opens shortly after launch — leave your email on the homepage and we'll notify you the moment it's available.
